Very hungry: Been going to the gym and now...

I have text my CDC for advice but i thought i would ask you guys too.

I joined a gym on bank hols friday and since then pretty much going everyday and feeling fine doing either the gym or swimming.

On Monday night i did both and felt ok till yesterday when i was absolutly starving i really didnt know what to do with myself!!

So my question is do i move up to 810 and keep doing as much as i am doing at the gym or do i try do less and stick to ss+?

Any advice would be great :)

it's totally up to you hon. but if you've been fine until yesterday i would be tempted to give it another shot as you are doing to make sure you weren't just having a bad hungry day!! if you were having one of 'those' days and were at the gym too it may have sent hunger into overdrive...

if you think you can cope with doing less exercise then take that option. if you like the amount of working out you are doing and really think that you need to eat more for energy then work up onto 810.
