Very interesting read

I saw this the other day, sensible country! :)

There is a slow change coming but the attitudes of the people in the NHS and gov need to change and be open to new research and not be still hung up on Ancel Keys and his 'study' in the 70s. The food industry have too big a hold over things and have a helluva lot to answer for.

I really felt for the cardiologist Dr Assem Malhotra who was on the news yesterday talking about the lack of a link between sat fat and CHD as he is basically not getting taken seriously by peers and his message is getting skewed by the media.

he ! will have to hubby that , hes from Sweden and always goes on about how clever they are lol !!!

That is interesting I wonder if any other countries have low carb diets. I know the uk has one of the worst diets in eu. A lot of my friends think I'm stupid for going on a low carb diet and I need carbs for energy. I try to explain I don but they don't seem to get I must be all the teaching they have had. Also I'm not food at explaining.
