Very silly chicken question!

I'll give you my reason, I was veggie for 9years and have only JUST got to grips with meat again! What's the difference between baking and grilling your chicken breast (no skin or fat etc) as my grill is messed up ( black smoke fills the kitchen lol) so I baked mine... There a difference or am I being very dim?xx
 
If you bake it on a rack should be ok. I think they say grill because grilling is usually on a rack thus letting any fat that comes off it drain away.
 
You can also poach it in some stock/boullion, which is nice and keeps it very tender :)
