Not a bad day really, went to the goose fair tonight so had to have a burger, took it from my weeklies and seeing as am working all weekend I won't get to use them on alcohol! Ha! Hoping for a 1.5lb loss this week! Fingers crossed!

Thoughts:
Wasn't a bad night shift overall, I think having the chinese early kept me satisfied and stopped me from snacking. Just abit concerned about the amount of bread I have eaten 5 slices in 24 hours, although all accounted for just feel it may hold my weight. Think I need to watch it for the rest of the week. :)
 
Sry to hear you have to be on nights :(. Meals sound good.. I really have yo start planning ahead lol I'm always stuck trying to figure out at that last second. Don't be too hard on yourself thoug. I snacked a bit this week and didn't get my regular workout and still managed to eek out a pound so I wouldn't be too worried :D
 
Fell off the wagon this week hence why there has been no food diary, gained a 1lb on weigh day last thurs which made me eat even more! Need to pull it back now and get in control! I deserve to be happy and being overweight doesn't make me happy! Xx
 
Dont get to too discouraged these things happen, we just need to dust ourselves off and look to the future when it does . You will do fine, just remember why you arebdoing it and youll be able to conquer the temptations

Ok, after a awful 2 weeks not sticking to plan I have sat tonight and planned for tomo and have also prepared soup in the slow cooker! I am going to do this, I owe it to myself to be happy and SLIM! Will start posting diaries as of tomo! X
 
Sry to hear that youve had a bad time, but what matters is that you are getting yourself back on track. You CAN do this. Dont give up it will happen, and you will be happy and healthy like you want to be.

Ate like a pig Tuesday and then felt very sorry for myself! Yesterday I felt more in control but then we went out for a friends birthday to a Chinese and totally went over my points. Today went to the seaside and had chips and then ice cream. Let's hope tomorrow is a better day! X
