morning babes. you need something to aim for. i.e. christmas at goal or a party or a wedding or something??? that helps me.
chuffed to bits on wi this morning - couldnt believe it lol. had to do 4 steps off and back on again to check.
have been trying to sort out exercise plan too, now im going to 'try' and start running/jogging lol. think ill be able to do one of my ex dvds at weekend when i have more time and during the week alternate walk run and stepper (dependant on weather) with wednesdays and one weekend day off. (IM IN THE ZONE CAN YOU TELL)
B - scrambled egg and crispy bacon
L - german meat selection and salad and mayo
D - deep dish pizza with pepperoni, cheese, tiny bit of gia tomato puree, spinach and ham. (might be revolting never made it before)
W - 3-4 litres plus black coffee
Ex - 80 leg masters and shake weight done this morning, 15m roll stepper and sit ups later.
A - might have a cheeky vodka and cola later on.
