Evening - my Exante shakes/soups/bars - having a week back on while I have no kitchen as I don't want to risk putting on weight by not being able to cook properly on Atkins and overdosing on takeaways instead! :D
 
Oh thanks WW. It wasnt much and i looked like i was kidnapping three sausage dogs but thankyou so much for your support :) have ordered (on bfs ebay) interval timer so i can do it properly :D

Aw shucks - thank you :D it does work, I am living proof and very proud of it - but I do like my food and Atkins is definitely for me :D

I dont think i could ever do something like that as i need to feel like ive eaten something. Couldnt live off a liquid diet for just 1 meal
 
It is amazing how it just seemed to work for me, from mid July to 4th Dec (works Xmas Do) I touched nothing else and it truly did not worry or stress me to any huge extent, you have the odd wobbly day but once you start losing on it the boost is tremendous and just swept me along.
 
Maybe its what i need as its all packaged. Just a bit pricey. Ive lost all motivation at the mo hun and really dont know how to get it back
 
morning babes. you need something to aim for. i.e. christmas at goal or a party or a wedding or something??? that helps me.

chuffed to bits on wi this morning - couldnt believe it lol. had to do 4 steps off and back on again to check.
have been trying to sort out exercise plan too, now im going to 'try' and start running/jogging lol. think ill be able to do one of my ex dvds at weekend when i have more time and during the week alternate walk run and stepper (dependant on weather) with wednesdays and one weekend day off. (IM IN THE ZONE CAN YOU TELL)

B - scrambled egg and crispy bacon
L - german meat selection and salad and mayo
D - deep dish pizza with pepperoni, cheese, tiny bit of gia tomato puree, spinach and ham. (might be revolting never made it before)

W - 3-4 litres plus black coffee
Ex - 80 leg masters and shake weight done this morning, 15m roll stepper and sit ups later.
A - might have a cheeky vodka and cola later on.
 
Well done on the weigh in (but, if did I read correctly, you lost it all last night?!!)... Stay in the zone (and off the Senno!)
 
yes :) be all the bloomin water. only had one sen - didnt do that much TBH :D must have been my run last night lmao!
