lolz well im not fond of flingin myself around on it eather but i just stick my ipod on and forget anyone else is there!! hehe.. lately ive been reading while im at the gym on my ipod! time flies by!! Also got my vibrating plate at home which i didnt use coz thought i was pregs! gona get that out again now that im not and im also feling a bit better today! yesterday felt like i was gona fall apart!!
I have a twist stepper at home aswell which i havent used for a while... maybe try that on my days off.. also planningt o take it to newcastle with me wirh i got for the wedding week so i have SOME form of exercise while im there!!
oh i wanted one of those vibrating plates but everyone seems to have bought one and then never used it. i use my lateral thigh trainer/stepper every time i exercise
had a night off last night and havent walked girls this morning. gonna do an hour of exercise when i get home and have got my dumbells out to do some arm exercises. toning is the way to go
but disappointed with my one lb loss but i guess with my body fat going down 4 percent and muscle going up that I will slow down my losses.
had a chat with cheryl last night and im considering lowering my goal.
i know i have 8lbs left to go and ill have to see how i feel when i get there!

Vicky sorry to butt in with an off topic question, was just looking at your weekly WI list and was wondering how long you were on attack for? What would you put the 6 and 5lb losses down to in wk 1&2?
the weeken before i started I put on 7lbs with a massive binge of food so i probably just lost some of that the 1st week. the second i was on cruise but only 3 pv days. I did attack for 6 days to start on the first week. started on a sunday and didnt have veg till the following saturday.
