thanks girls. no plans for new year - only had 6 hours sleep so will probably be in bed early!!! the worst mess cleaning up ww was the projectile poo vomit grace did at my friends on her cream carpet!
just making big brekkkie then will get dressed make lodger move her car and go to tesco for some salad and more alcohol. well it would be rude not to drink tonight. how carby is champers?

Hello my lovelies. Sorry not been about been busy at work. Im guessing youve seen the news of the 17yr old murder well i tried my hardest.......Not a good shift i can tell you.
Anyway. Heres hoping 2011 is a great one. We are going out in a bit for a meal and no im afraid it wont be atkins friendly but i need it after my last 2 days at work.

Hey all.
Thanks all so much for the well wishes. It was very needed. 2.5lb gained over the festive season and cant wait for the "flu" to hit now! Its going to get me big i think. Lol. So my last non atkins meal has just been eaten and tomorrow im being good. I needed a good meal and a very good drink after the few days at work. Im sure you have all heard about the murder as Vicky had and shes oop north!!! Its not as they say on there either. He did NOT have any stab wounds! Anyway................ Ive had a fab xmas and new year and i know that 2011 is going to be great for me and all my lovely friends too. xxx

2.5 lbs is not bad at all - I suppose being at work for a lot of it helped - I am still derailed - going out to see friends and go for lunch tomorrow - will definitely be back on it on Monday
