I don't know what dogs are like when they come into season. I've only had the one female and as she's a rescue she was already done.
I had a kitten once that started at 11 weeks old and then again 2 weeks later! Apparently it's rare but sometimes happens in orientals and she was siamese crossed with persian so a double dose of oriemental. My ex wanted to kick her out the door as he couldn't stand the noise but I wouldn't let him because she would have come back preggers and it could easily have killed her at that age.
I named her Shanghai Lil, Lily for short, and as far as I know my ex still has her.
