Im back on diet this morning, 4 days of PP, menu planned, easing my way back into exercise lol
Come on girlies lets all get this weight off before my birthday!

did 50 leg masters this morning, planning on 20 mins step and shake weight tonight.
drinking plenty of water today too!!!!

lol. ill wait till friday! it just shows if you just eat junk and carbs everyday how easy it is to put on though!

Jo are you doing dukan but PV everyday now? or Jos diet?
 
Yes! Look at my eating habits and small gain on holiday! Look at what ive been eating lately and again my small gain...........bet your the same
 
Vicky - I'm doing my own thing now because, as I've said in the past, all this going in and out of ketosis isn't healthy (either for my head, or body). Where the head is concerned, it's too obvious that I've been telling myself "never mind, I'll restart on Monday" nearly every weekend... and where the body is concerned, who knows!

So, for the past three weeks now, I've done some PPing and PVing but I've added in fruit and once a week even a meal and dessert (if the occasion arose)... to keep me out of ketosis...

The best thing is that I've not felt (too many) urges to binge since doing this...

On here though, for most, it's better to stick to the plan and do it properly... but as you're a bit like me with your weekends off, up to you how you feel about the yoyoing weight wise...

My take on it, and who knows whether I'll be proven right or whether I'll fall on my face soon, is that if I'm not in ketosis with HUGE water and glycogen losses, I'll not have HUGE regains whenever/ifever the wrong morsel passes my lips... and because I've been low carbing for far too long, I think some "Dukan + healthy eating" is going to be a better thing for ME to do... not everyone though, particularly not those who can stick at the plan as indeed I used to...
