Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

Ah Jo i totally understand. and its great it you havent felt like bingeing too.
TBH yesterday i toyed with the idea of restarting atkins as you can have veg everyday too. I suppose very similar to conso (less all the fat) but im going to give Dukan another try as I know it works for me and once i get back into the swing of it I do enjoy the food. Will see how I go this week and may start doing 1pp/1pv.

I don't quite understand why you'd want to go back to Atkins though, Vicky, cos you were so happy with your losses with Dukan before the puppies... I know it's hard though, after a break, to get back into the zone and so I wish you luck!!

I saw you mentioned "missing veg" so, once in Cruise, why not go for the alternate PV/PP days. Not only would you be eating veg/salad every other day (so perhaps no need for Senokot!), but also you'd be out of sync for "weekends" off, and recuperating with PPs ad nauseum from Mondays so that might help there too?

Whatever you decide... I think it's just a question of getting back into the swing of things...

And these huge yoyo weight gains are so demoralising!

I think its the cheese Jo lol and the sausages!
You are right though once i get back into the swing of things ill be feeling better!
Yes ill do this week as planned (already done my planner) and maybe start pp/pv from next monday so i can have salad at work etc.

Go for it Vicky... the hardest part is the next couple of days getting rid of the evil carbness then its plain sailing!! Remind me of this later pls. x

Hello Linz - good to see you back! 24 days to go!!!!!

Vicky - Cadbury's creme eggs... I was absolutely LIVID as a friend had sent me a box of six at Easter and, because he doesn't like them, we bought him some toffee ones in May when we were over. Unbeknown to me, he's been having one of MY eggs sporadically (one of the hazards of my eating situation is that I either binge and eat loads, OR let all sell by dates go past, but don't care and will still eat MY food!), and he had the last of the six on Friday and left the box out. I was sooooooooooooooo angry - cos I don't like to share my food at the best of times, let alone under these circumstances! They were MINE and he doesn't even like them! (Can one buy them all year round?)

Oh no Jo :( Im the same with food. If i buy it for me its MINE!!! I dont know if you can get them all year round but probably! Tesco had easter eggs out on the day after boxing day!

Linz - I will remind you lol

Thanks Vicky. xx

Omg please tell me they were the galaxy caramel ones.................my favourite especially when really really cold!

The trouble is, with my OCD tendencies(!), the thought of putting certain foods out of his reach (locking them up, for instance!) seems even more crazy than I usually am!!

Mine were the "real Cadbury's creme eggs"... his? Hmm... toffee something or other..; long since devoured by the man!

yes i love the real cream eggs but havent they shrunk!

everything has... perhaps because I'm not home that often, and don't see them regularly, I find all confectionary to have shrunk... cakes too...

(and fresh cream cakes are now so tiny, and airy and fluffy, that three no longer suffice!)

lol Jo love the little writing x

oh no Linz. get those carbs eaten today then ;)

Or thrown away... another thing I was just reading:

"Don't worry about throwing out food. It's going to get wasted one way or another - either in the rubbish bin or in your body."

oh Vicky... the title of your diary needs a bit of ooomph!

hello. shake weight and 21 mins fast step done :) and pulled down this horrid climber in the garden (looks pretty but strangles every other plant!)
cod steaks were massive. very full. just trying to make jelly. im a bit rubish and dont think its gonna set!
