Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

Hey babe. This side is very quiet at the weekends. Vic starts her new lflc diet on sun with me but i had an atkins night last night

hi people. ive been in tears this morning, get up come downstairs, lounge stinks of poo. clean the poo up as best i can, go and let girls out, come back more poo. then they start screaming (the pups) omg the noise in unbelievable, i might video it and put it on you tube. so its a mad rush getting their scrambled eggs ready, then when they scoffing that try and change their bedding and get it in the wash.
its really really hard work on your own and working full time too. prob wouldnt be so bad with 2 or 3.
sorry to whinge there are many people who have got worse things to worry about but i just need to vent!

diet is going ok Becky, its easy once you know the principles of low carb and low fat. Im doing some atkins recipes but using from frais instead of cream etc. Been logging my diet on myfitnesspal and just keeping check on carbs/cals/fat on there. Exercise is not happening at the moment...apart from my leg master and shake weight in the morning. still ill be able to get back into it soon. Im eating veg with every meal, except from thursdays (still doing PP). i am eating mayo (extra light) though. oh and sausages ;)

so today
B - sausage and egg muffin and low carb/low sugar tommy K
L - roast chicken salad with a dash of mayo
S - muller
D- turkey bolognese stuffed in roasted peppers topped with a tiny bit of fromage frais.
 
oh Vicky... I don't know about not having much time to prepare your breakfast, but I don't know how you managed to EAT breakfast! crikey! Kittens are DEFINITELY easier... but I don't think they were on solids this young actually when I think about it!

I did look at your menus, and you're aiming for 1,200 calories only I see... often less... and is the plan to gradually increase?

You have been missed! Whinge away!
 
Sorry to hear about the tough time with pups hun....how much longer 'til they go to new homes?

thanks people, your support means everything x Jo i think when I feel happier im stabilizing i might increase, although i am finding this is not really like dieting, its food i love and i dont feel hungry! hopefully this is my head and body learning healthy eating.

Sez - they go at 8 weeks, they are 5 weeks on thursday. I think i must be crazy keeping one.
 
only 3 weeks to go :) end is in sight :D

as for keeping one....it'll be SOOOOOO much easier with just the 1 to run around after....cuts down the washing, feeding, cleaning etc...
