girls in t office say i look amazing and dont need to lose anymore. I said only 8lbs more and then that is deffo my goal - maybe even 10st 5 . will try those jeans on tonight and see.
The exercise has really changed my shape already.

think M&S are good so I've heard... not tried though myself, usually just fiddle around with online calculators and a measuring tape

M&S measure you up... that's where I got mine measured! Find a "mature" mumsy looking sales person...

oooh UNDER boob measurement!! (I'd have to hike mine up and over my shoulders to get that one! and why would I need it? for the cup size?).

I'm sticking to the one sort of M&S bra my lady recommended (which I bought two of in each of about five colours!!)

I have trouble with measurements as I have a lot of excess skin... and so I can measure whatever I want me to by tightening or loosening tape measure!
