oh the mackeral stuffed chicken sounds interesting. have googled and came up with cat food chicken and mackerel flavour so no recipes ;)

never tried atkins Jo :) - no fan of high fat or fried as it was back in the day...they always seemed to sell it on the idea that you could have a fry up for breakfast - that never appealed to me :)
 
oh i loved my atkins and tbh it has crossed my mind once or twice to go back on atkins once ive got to goal and do their maintenance instead ....(oops did i say that out loud?)
 
omg yous two lol.
you can have cheese 120g per day. fatty meat, cook in butter/oil. yummmmmm oh and full fat mayo :D and sausages and bacon :D

That's another thing I don't like - Meat on the bone :eek:.....sometimes wonder how I get by on a protein diet..
