I don't think that there are many people that would review this product, but hey self enemas exist and someone's got to do it. Fab product, however I had been disappointed in the packaging. I feel that the box should come vacuum packed or cellophane wrapped at least. If it hadn't been for good old Google, I would have been none the wiser as to which tubes you have to insert into which bits!!!, and get yourself a good sturdy hook to hang the bag from, as there isn't one included. The item came with no instructions whatsoever! I know it's not rocket science, but instructions for those opting to detox this way would be highly beneficial. For anyone checking out my other reviews, I have noted, Freudian stylee, that two of my books involve toilets!!!! lol

Not many reviews here but hey, for all the garbage we put in our bodies these days we got to get it all out! I did the funniest thing ever last week with this... While using the enema, I had Van Halen's "Panama" playing full volume and just imagined they were saying "Enema"! : D

Wow this is moving fast.
Wonder how eating after a colonic Irrigation would work on dukan - usually you are told to stick to plain brown rice after.
Atkins is a really really gradual re-introduction of carbs an extra 5grams a day in weekly chunks until the level your weight stabilises. Or thats what it used to be. You can start to increase before the end(when you get bored was the suggestion).

Will it be okay to eat after having a colonic?
We suggest that you eat at your normal meal time, and consume a moderate amount of whatever seems gentle and nourishing to you. Just as it doesn't make sense to have you car cleaned and then immediately drive it through mud, eating a meal known to cause trouble in your abdomen directly after a colonic isn't an intelligent choice. Salads, vegetable soups or broths, fruit, or juices are the best choice.
