VICTORIA! You must not change your goal. Get to this one first then decide. We have spoken about this and i dont want you to then move it back up if you dont feel like you can do it, that will just upset you. Get to this one then you can move down if you want and are happy but although its "only" 4lbs lower its 4lb more to stress over if you cant do it.

Cheryl thanks - i know you are right. im going to do as you say get to my original goal of 10 stone 4 and then keep on going with my exercise and get toned and see how i feel then.

Hmmm dont want to push my luck. Maybe for xmas as we only do little. He read what i said about not worrying about my birthday and then spoke about our 2 angels, got a bit soppy and started hinting at eternity rings. Ive been hinting since i got the all clear with oliver!!!!

ok fine by me. well to ease us in how bout 20 or 30 mins? (if i get dog walk in it will be more but if we say that as min?) and are we doing everyday or every other day? shall we start a thread

Ok Cheryl. 20 or 30 mins then starting monday or sunday? ill probably do 4 sets a week, tues, thurs fri and sunday.
