Morning Flutter and all

Pumpkin carving..that reminds me i hate halloween too. making a sign saying 'do not knock on door as it irritates the sh*t out of me' cos my dogs will just bark all night

bah humbug again (oh yes)
B - bacon and eggs
L - roast chicken salad with curry mayo
D - steak with greens and stilton sauce
s - nothing
w - 3-4 litres plus black coffees
ex - 80 leg masters , 10 sit ups (lol) and shake weight.
am aching this morning after 2 days in a row of exercise (omg im so out of shape) so done some leg masters almost crippled me lol. Will have a night off tonight and tomorrow (mum coming for tea tomorrow) and do exercise as follows :- sunday, monday, thursday, friday or saturday. think 4 times a week for a min of 30 mins is ok to start.
have done my online shopping at asda and have come up with some lovely recipes (well i was looking at their ready to cook things and though ' i can make that myself')
pork loin steaks with cream and mustard mushroom sauce, chicken with pepperoni and cheese etc etc.
IM LOVING THE FOOD.
on a bad note im only down a measly 2oz from yesterday. bah - feel bloated too, wonder if it is all the water????
am out friday or sat for a meal with bf. ill be having steak and veggies or roast lamb shank and veggies
