Ok its official......Im old!
2hrs last night in a kids indoor play area adventure playground thing throwing balls at my brothers head and 2hrs today at a kids party on a bouncy castle with kids jumping all over me.............im ready for my bed! Lol. Why cant i be one of these stand at the side and watch their kids mummies or one that leaves them and goes shopping!!!

yes I HAD NO NAUGHTY FOOD THIS WEEKEND proud? i am. had wine and gin though lol. (and i ve still gained 2 lb from thursday wi! - boo)
i dont do scary rides but can usually do scary films. i cant believe i was nearly sick.

b - poached eggs and bacon
L - lamb, rocket, olive and blue cheese salad
D - steak and greens and mushies with some kind of sauce
w - lots and lots and black coffees
a - nope
ex - done 5 min cross trainer , shake weight and 100 leg masters this morning already and will do some more later
