Jeez I've had to scroll through 2 full pages to post a reply!! I can't stand Jude Law. I wont watch a film if it's got him in it, he makes my skin crawl!! RD Jr is OK though.
Now I wouldn't kick Vin Diesel out of bed and have always had a thing about Sly Stallone, cor! Now you know why I'm with my OH....he's a body builder! Muscles do it for me. But before you say I'm shallow look back at Vicky's slightly concerned post about her dreaming of a short man and being so in love. My OH is only 5ft 4 on a long hair day haha.
BTW I'm a celeb is not on tonight due to football :(

morning all :D
happy weigh in today - the being good and exercising over the weekend has paid off. I actually feel thinner now than i did at this weight on dukan - maybe the exercise? all hail the cross trainer!
off work tomorrow - loking forward to saturday and the scales smiling have made me determind to have the atkins friendlies on the menu (they sound lush anyway) and steering clear of wine or i will end up at Cheryls on the wrong train :D

B - scrambled eggs with a little cheese and crispy bacon
L - salmon and rocket with mayo
D - chilli with cabbage sour cream and a little grated cheese
w - 2 litres+ black coffees and green tea
a - well it would be rude not to if im off tomorrow
ex - 100 leg masters this morning pm supermarket sweep, shake weight, cross trainer and step.
 
Thanks Girls - been here before just have to maintain it. time to start upping my carbs i think! Going to do as Jim does at goal - one bit of carbiness per day the rest atkins. :D

How do you make your chilli and cabbage, Vicky?
beef mince, spring onions, chipotles, habaneros, chilli powder, tesco value tinned toms, garlic, bit of water, half stock cube and a squeeze of mayo. left it in slow cooker (this was last week ive just got this batch out of freezer). serve in a bowl with some cooked cabbage - dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of queso :D voila!
