Ah you're too fast for me! My friend has just started teaching yoga but little madam just moved an hour away from me (not an avoidance thing I don't think!) pity as I would fancy doing it.

Ive done it before and pilates. Both really do tone and not too much jumping around the lounge which i find dangerous having 4 little furries In fact might be worse - any floor exercises and my head goes near the floor and i have four tongues licking my face and ears!
