I don't really have a recipe but it takes a few big lumps of goose fat, sweet and sour. I'll go see what I can find.


Here's one that's close, I use way less sugar and more vinegar and goose fat, but it's close.

I have just decided to calculate my true weight on dukan again and its now saying 10 stone! lol was saying 10 4 before. LOL

so basically if you are large frame your BMI is allowed to be 10% higher than what it says you should be.

but BMI isn't a reliable measurement anyway... even if you arbitrarily add on 10% for large frame... (using that method, I'm medium frame) but BMI takes no account of other factors (like diet history, number of kids, etc etc...).

Out of curiosity, did you put the exact same answers to all the Dukan questions to get that result? I know I get a lower weight now than when I was heavier and doing it...

yes Jo - exactly the same answers. I wonder if its cos im so close to my ideal weight that he lowers it or wont get me doing the diet and paying for counselling?

I will be trying for 10 stone after xmas i think and give myself 4 lbs lea way
