The official site doesn't accept you once your BMI is normal (leastwise, that's how the French one used to work...). Now, who knows. It's not in his interest to keep people in Cruise longer once you're being coached, as you stay coached until you reach your target weight AND have consolidated. SO the more messing around one does, the longer one stays in Cruise, and he gains nothing cos you pay all upfront anyway...

I used a fold up tape measure I always have in my pocket from a DIY store... often comes in useful

at the bottom of the page it tells you how to measure your elbow!

Take a piece of thread (tooth floss... your necklace even) and put it round your wrist, then measure that?!

How are you all today? Well the snow didnt stop this purple princess from shopping today but the coat i found is not in my size and another one was only £275! Pmsl, i couldnt believe my eyes. Morning Jim - sick of this weather now. dont any of you southerners who had the snow for one day complain!!! we have had it a week now and its boring. im finishing at one today going food shopping then going home to sit in and hopefully burn some fat for wi tomorrow.
Sorry Jim if TMI - i have got horrendous totm pain on one side but no sign of totm yet bleurgh. PMT OCD queen i am. typical just in time to be near goal aswell.
