Thats an idea. Im on phone to dr at mo so will try after. Nhs direct have told me its a 7hr wait for a call back..........Lucky my head is screwed on (well slightly debatable as i called them) or id be flapping by now! Trying to get on call dr again now.

Hey babe not great no but on the mend i hope. Still trying to avoid hospital. I love my job when it keeps me away from going in! Dr thinks you are "sensible" medically so wont take any risks. Little does she know that i fail to see when things get very bad with myself. Last time i ended up in intensive care for 5 days!!! Pmsl

Im ok hun. Im sure i dont need to rush off to a&e. I was offered those tablets but i decided to what and see what happens. i dont want to go stopping things as its happening for a reason. I'll just keep an eye on the side affects and make sure nothing untoward happens. After all im "sensible" pmsl

nice to be back to work. The trousers are straining a bit this morning but looked thinner in the mirror this morning than i did at stone lighter? work that one out!

B - bacon mush and egg muffin
L - pork and rocket salad maybe some mayo
D - roast aubergine with shropshire blue one half and applewood smoked chedder on the other
S - will see how i feel after lunch might bring some ham back into work
Ex - maybe walk the dogs later see how it is
w - yes lots, one litre down already

Morning all. Well last night was pretty much the same and today im feeling a little weak but better than i did. Can face eating though as feel really sick and only managing to drink so far. Will see how i go with regards to work but really dont think they would understand if i go sick.
