im just going through trying to work out my menus for the week but im struggling to get my carbs to 20 tomorrow. any ideas how to up? actually ive got some dark choc might have that
that means making it. I know what ive got tomorrow will keep me kind of full so ive got these little bars (25g) which are 5 carbs each. that sorts me. thanks!
