Hey All,

I'm restarting WW for the 3rd time this year. The last few weeks has been very busy so totally fell off the band wagon.

I making a conscious effort to get it right and get down to my final goal. So I have 2 stone to go. I officially started yesterday but thought I needed a diary to keep me on the straight and narrow. I've started this week on 20pts to kickstart things and then back to my normal 23pts

I've read some of the diaries on here and its given my loads of ideas and motivation to go through this journey. So far today I've had:
B - 2 boiled eggs, tea (3.5)
s - decaf coffee (0.5)
L - salad, chicken drumstick n breast (5)
s - skittles, curlie wurlies (sorry was craving sugar and overdid it a bit) (7.5)
D - spinach with mushrooms and tomatoes, tea (1)

Day 2

Yesterday I didn't go to plan because I had a migraine. Got home and had a cup of tea and 4 crumpets :mad:

Today I'm rested and feel lots better so hoping that today will be better. Saying that its only 12:30 and I've been hungry inbetween breakfast and lunch. Here is my meal plan for today:

B - ww yoghurt, crumpet, tsp honey, coffee (3.5)

s - dried apricots. shapers prawn cocktail spirals, decaf coffee (3)

L - shapers tex mex chicken flat bread (5), shapers cream soda (0)

s - apple, special k mini bites (2)

D - broccoli, tuna mayo n sweetcorn (4), tea

17.5/20 pts
