Weightloss here I come!
Hiya everyone, im Vicki :wavey:
So with xmas and new year over it is time for me to get back on the wagon and shed these pounds I have failed to lose from pregnancy (my son is now 16 months :eek:). I am getting married in July this year so think this will keep me motivated to stick with it. I have done SW before but am not attending classes this time as money is a bit tight with the wedding fast approaching. I am hoping this online diary and support of everyone here will help me loose the weight.

Starting weight 10/1/11- 11st
Goal weight 9 1/2 st hopefully before July.

Ill mainly be doing extra easy to begin with.

Day 1- 10/1/11

Breakfast
Milk (HeA)
Rice Krispies (5.5syns)
Banana

Lunch
Baked Potato
Tinned spaghetti

Snacks
2 x Alpen Light bars (HeB)
Mango chunks

Dinner
Grilled Chicken Breast
Baby Potatoes

Hi Vicki.

All sound's good on the food front and well done for getting back on the wagon again. Hard to make that big decison and stick to it, I know.. Good luck x
