My book says, Be sensilbe how you cook the food and feel free to add non oil based dressing ie balsamic vinegar or stock

Sorry hun im not sure . Its got no carbs init so i shouldnt see it being a problem .

hee hee, I love the taste of vinegar too :) I dont think a drop on your finger would do any harm, it obviously doesnt knock you out of ketosis or it wouldnt be on SS+

it has citric acid in it doesnt it? if it does then its a no no!
