Vinegar

    OK call me weird but are we allowed vinegar on SS?
    I don't mean drinking it but I do like a drop on my finger now and then :eek:

    My book says, Be sensilbe how you cook the food and feel free to add non oil based dressing ie balsamic vinegar or stock

    I'm on SS though so would it still be the same? Can't have my marmite so vinegar would be a good substitute lol!

    lol sorry I just read that ss bit, I dont know tbh, cant see it making a difference, I am seeing my cdc tomorrow will ask her unless someone can answer b4 then

    Sorry hun im not sure . Its got no carbs init so i shouldnt see it being a problem .

    hee hee, I love the taste of vinegar too :) I dont think a drop on your finger would do any harm, it obviously doesnt knock you out of ketosis or it wouldnt be on SS+

    it has citric acid in it doesnt it? if it does then its a no no!

    It has 1-3% in it so will have to ask if a drop or 2 would make a massive difference lol!
