I did thanks Pepsi. Did really well in the first week and lost 5 lb. I felt really good. But then this last week my car died (completely, engine knacked ) and then had a weekend in a 5* hotel with my mum so this week has been a write off (like my car ). So new start now. I think it will def work if you stick to the guidelines. Are you thinking of doing it? X x

I've been doing the Paul McKenna HGB since 2013 and I've lost 5 stone on it. It's not infallible, the effect wears off if you don't keep it topped up but if you keep your head in the right place it's a dream. No dieting, no effort, just a feeling of complete freedom

Someone had had great success with a hypnotherapist, doing this. He was on the recently screened British TV series " How to Lose Weight Well".
