Hey there! After struggling with my weight for years throughout my teens (I'm 21 now), I want to do something about my weight, fitness and overall health.

I smoke around 15-20 cigarettes a day, and would love to cut down, and hopefully quit in time.

I would like to lose around a stone, so my target weight is around 9 - 9.5 stone.

I would love some support as my friends always tell me I'm not overweight, but I just want to tone up, not become size 0! I wear size 12-14, but would like to fit into size 10 comfortably.

I'd like a few buddies too so we can help and support each other. We can do it! xx

Hi Honey

I too am just starting out although i have alot more weight to lose lol.
I quit smoking nearly 3 years ago and now i'm working on my weight. I have had 2 children so need to tone up just as much as lose weight .
Are you dieting or just eating more healthy/cutting out junk. I haven't decided yet but will just eat more healthy till i do.

Well, I am trying to eat healthier. Like cottage cheese, eggs, salads and other good foods. I plan to do around an hour of walking a day too.

Diets don't work haha!
