2.5lbs is still great though - and like you say still a loss. And 10.5lbs in two weeks is fantastic! Only 3.5lbs and you will have lost a stone...

For some reason 2lbs or so seems really common week 2 - and then 4-5lbs week 3! Maybe its our bodies adjusting to the new diet?
