Hiya
some of you know ive been ill this week, couldnt keep anything down and was struggling with water
feeling much better today been for my weigh in and lost 4lbs so im made up with that
starting refeeding today:character00180:
got 14lbs left to go, after the refeed im going to do it with healthy eating and exercise
thanks to you all for the past 4 weeks help and advice its been appreciated!!

Hey, you have done really well, sorry to hear you have not been well, refeed is easy so you will be fine... maybe consider joining a slimming club to help you get to goal or at least keep posting somewhere on minimins for the motivation and focus to stay on track.
