wafer free ham/chicken/turkey etc

the sort in the chilled section in the packet....for sandwiches etc...is this free?

The Bernard Matthews one (wafer thin turkey ham) isn't free. It's 1 syn per 100g, which isn't bad as 100g is pretty generous.

Tesco do wafer thin roast chicken which is free, but I found it pretty bland tasting.

Title should ready wafer thin not wafer free haha. Is that the same for asda wafer thin chicken/ham etc too? I've looked on the SW site but the syn value isn't listed x
