Good luck, I'm swapping to CD soon, my GP happily signed my forms off, she knew all about the cambridge diet and was just happy I was doing something, so good luck!

Does everyone who does CD have to have forms signed by their doctor? I'm 5' 2" and wanting to lose around 2 stone. Any advice would be helpful.

No, most people don't need their GP's to sign the medical forms, it depends on medical history or anyone with a BMI of 40 or over.

Cambridge diet. I have 13stone to lose so hope CD wil get me close to that. Long way to go.
hi bev, nope they dont, only if ur BMI is 40+. So i fink u would b ok. look for a Cambridge counsellor in ur area n fone them up giving ur height n weight n they should b able to let u know. Am not sure if u need to lose 3 or more stone to b able to use the cambridge diet, that might b my mind playin tricks lol so u best to fone a local CDC. Good Luck!

No you don't have to have 3stone to lose to start CD. What area are you in Bev?

    Cambridge Diet find a counsellor
Take a look and see if there's a CDC near to you and give him/her a ring or email ....
