Hi everyone, I'm new to this Forum. I'm waiting for my Diet Chief hamper to arrive from QVC. It should suit me as I work long hours and don't get home from work until around 7pm by which time I'm hungry and want dinner right away so I can pop something in the microwave straight away. Encouraging to see quite a few people have had success with this regime. I'm looking forward to supplementing it with fresh fruit and vegetables and I actually like drinking water with my lunch and dinner so that should be fine. I'm also fine with exercising 2-3 times a week so as long as I can stick to it, it'll be good!! I'm fed up with my clothes feeling too tight, my running feeling too much like hard work, my face looking too full etc etc. I feel committed right now - let's hope it stays that way. I have about 3.5 stone to lose. I have done it before and can do it again (here's hoping!). Good luck to all those in the same boat!
