Can anyone help me out with the syn vale for these? They got bought for me today, might have for my dinner tomorrow but I can't find the syn value in syns online and i've never understood the calculator? They come in a pack of 4 little rolls. Pack size is 144g. Guessing most is probably the 1 syn per 20g rule but the bit of fish and rice will be free? on EE.

per 100g serving:

170 kcal
3.7g protein
25g carbohydrate of which 4.2g sugars
6g fat, 2.3g of which saturates
0.8g fibre
1.5g sodium

Just put Rice in as a Free food

Think sushi are about 1.5 syns per 100g, just search for the Tesco ones as they're all similar

The app lists sushi with fish (basic) as 2 syns per 100g
