    Hi all, I just invested in Sw Onepot wonders, delicious food optimising days, 100 delicious desserts, 100 free original, 100 green and 100 saucey secrets!

    So should anyone need a recipe, I'm always happy to help :D

    Aaah please don't cry in the corner!! I'm always up for a bit of inspiration!! Right then, throw a saucy secret at me, lets say something that could go nicely with a chicken breast or quorn fillet!!!XXX

    Actually you could help me with something else!! I posted this question but noone answered me!! How do you get all the colourful bits and pieces on here like the weight-loss ticker etc? Loads of people have all sorts of fun things on their profile and I feel left out!!X

    ok lol ill do both! go to www.tickerfactory.com and follow the steps then at the end, copy the text in the box that says bbcode above and paste it in your signature :D

    also on most people sparkly bits and stuff the website is usually on the little emblem plus when posting to find all the little emoticons like :christmastree: always go to the top of the page to post where it post reply and click more u can find hundreds of little things to put in :D

    Syn Free on Red and Green

    Singapore Curry style sauce

    Goes great with chicken or quorn!

    Frylight
    2 tblsp Minced Garlic
    2 tblsp Minced Ginger
    1 Chilli (deseeded and choped fine)
    1 tblsp Curry powder
    4 tblsp Chicken stock (made with bovril)
    Finely grated rind and juice of 1 Lime
    Spring onions (finely chopped)

    Time : 15mins
    Serves 4

    1. Heat pan with fry light garlic, ginger and chilli over low heat. stirring for 3-4 mins till soft.

    2. Stir in curry powder and fry for 1 min.

    3. Pour over chicken stock.

    4. Add lime rind and juice and simmer for a couple of mins.

    5. Stir in cooked chicken or quorn and heat until hot and serve.

    It goes well with stir fry veg and noddles!!

    Re sauce, that sounds right up my street!! Thanks for that!! I'll give it a whirl! Have you got the Extra Easy recipe book? I have, I have!! Let me know if you want any ideas from there! It's got some really good ones!!x

    Hi wendy in wales, the only one i have is 7.5 syns per serving.

    28g sauce flour
    284ml Vecon stock
    113g grated cheddar
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    Parsley

    1. Add stock to flour and whisk over heat.

    2.Whisk until thickened

    3.Stir in cheese and contiune to cook until melted.

    4. Add mustard and parsely and serve (season if you wish)
