Hey im back. have had quite a hard couple of weeks but getting my head back into sw mode. :D:D
positives for today
1. feeling more in control today
2. going out for a walk when hubby gets home from work.
3. had baked potato, cheese and beans for dinner so yummy. saved my hexA's all day to have it hehe.

hey so been struggling a bit lately just getting my head back in the plan. went to class tonight and bought a countdown, which takes me until may and i would love to lose about 2 st by then. Hopefully I can do it!!!

Thanks am sure this is what is keeping me on track!!!

Up already and after breakfast we going out a walk along the canal to feed the ducks. Then home to clear out some more of the spare room. Then some zumba if I have any energy left. Lol x
