Want to bottle this feeling

I had one of those moments yesterday. Went clothes shopping with a girlfriend, tried on some tops, automatically picked up a size 16 top, tried it on and it was too big.!!!

I BROUGHT MY FIRST SIZE 14 TOP yesterday:bliss::bliss:

All those times where i have hated my personal trainer is certainly paid off now.

The scales are not moving as fast as i would like, but those inches are..
