well - i have nw used up all the atkins stuff I had in the house. I also in my usual morning state of being drugged up (I take tramadol and dieazapam half hour before i have to get up so it not my most intelligent time of day) managed to put my salad in my sons lunch box with his pot of cucumber so had nothing at work.... que sending one of the kids off to fetch me something and they came back with a jacket potato. Also consumed today packet of crisps and 1 malteaser i stole out of my sons packet on the way home.
Sigh
hurry up with my delivery please exante and save me from disaster tomorrow too lol.
I was tempted to swing through a well know fast food establishment on our way home as the boy has managed 2 days without being excluded (its an achievement for him, his TA is used to catching chairs and other objects he throws when his temper goes) but didnt
oh dear
oh tomorrow its his morning at special school and coz its a long journey i sit int he staffroom with one of the other mums so I just know there will be biscuits in there and we always have a good 2 or 3 coffees each. save me save me save me!

I was in the staff room at school today. Someone walked in and said who's is that half of Christmas cake there. I looked up and said what cake. I really hadn't seen it. Wow that's great isn't it. And I'm only on day 6 long may this continue

I too work in a school and am (ok WAS untill today) in keto from being on atkins - i have totally ignored all the sweetie tins and biscuits passed around the staffroom. Think today was one of them days (had Year 10 ASDAN straight before lunch - thats enough to send anyone to the chocolate!)

My exante pack is due delivery today so here's to starting it properly now.
Wednesday is my day off - my boy goes to a specialist place for his dyspraxia today it's an hours drive away so ain't no way I'm gettin him there and back and work too.
Eeek to handling being sat in their staffroom today with the other mum who stays and waits for her twins as we normally drink them dry of coffee but none for me today and deffo not diving in their biscuit tin
