Hi Guys,
I hope you don't mind me asking but as this is my first day I just wanted some reassurance I'm doing this right. So if I write down my menu here from today, could any of you tell me if I'm on the right track??
Breakfast - 1 x slice of thick kingsmill bread (hex) with grilled mushrooms, tomatoes & worcester sauce
Lunch - Noodles with soy sauce
Dinner - Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (hex)
Also had about 400ml of semi skimmed milk which I know was too much for my hex but will no better for tomorrow.
I also had 2 x apples for my snacks, 1 x packet of wotsits 5.5 syns & I'm just having a hot choc for 4 syns.....
What do you think?
