Was today's menu ok???

Hi Guys,

I hope you don't mind me asking but as this is my first day I just wanted some reassurance I'm doing this right. So if I write down my menu here from today, could any of you tell me if I'm on the right track?? :D

Breakfast - 1 x slice of thick kingsmill bread (hex) with grilled mushrooms, tomatoes & worcester sauce
Lunch - Noodles with soy sauce
Dinner - Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (hex)

Also had about 400ml of semi skimmed milk which I know was too much for my hex but will no better for tomorrow.

I also had 2 x apples for my snacks, 1 x packet of wotsits 5.5 syns & I'm just having a hot choc for 4 syns.....

What do you think?

Looks great to me! If you count your milk as your 2 HEx A, and your cheese and bread as your 2 HEx B, then you've had an ideal first day with 9.5 Syns! :)

Loobylou - I'm going to find the green days much easier as I don't eat alot of meat but I'm going to try and incorporate a red day somewhere.... as for the ee, I've not looked into it yet so might wait until next week to do one of those

Not commenting on your menu as I am quite new and I will let the more experienced advise you but I would just like to say
