Wasted another month

on umming and arring about the diets, rather then just cracking on, i've been jumping from diet to diet. I didn't do so well last time i was on WW mainly because my will power sucks:badmood:. Well last week i was sick with the flu and then monday i was told i had acute broncitus, which is major fun as i already have chronic asthma:character00264:. So laying on the sofa feeling sorry for myself, realising there is only 6 months till my wedding and i haven't lost any weight. I finally have a job i really enjoy and i'm actually happy, which is rare for me. So today i decided enough was enough, i'm going to do this, I've done shopping on the net and not bought anything with high points, it's my birthday next month and i've asked my fiance for a bike so i can cycle to work and get some exercise. I'm not going to join group at the mo because my shifts are so scattered, the leaders seem to get a bit funny when you go to different class each week, but i think i'm gonna need alot of bum kicking and i'm counting on you guys to give it to me because my fiance is no good, he lets my cheat and buys be stuff that'll make me cheat, so i'm not going to tell him i've started again.:whoopass:
I'll weigh myself tomorrow and start then, all my junk food has gone so seems like a good time to start, wish me luck.
