I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again, it's not just the numbers going down on the scales that are a great incentive, the amount of inches we're losing can also be a great incentive! I measure myself on the last Thursday of every month and have done since I started in October and this month I have lost a further 3.5 inches from all over, and in total have lost 23.5 inches!! It means that today for the first time since in probably 10 years, I am wearing size 14 trousers and feel fantastic! xxx

I did some measuring this week and since Februrary seem to have lost 11.5 inches from my waist but only 2 from hips, I think my waist is just falling down lol. My arms haven't changed but I've lost 8 inches from each of my thighs.:eek: That's the gym working on my legs at least!
