new discovery i made my water flavour hot and its lovely a change from coffee.
on a different note i know we are suppose to have our packs within 15 mins of making them but tommorrow we r out walking all day i have made chicken to take with me but i will need a pack to and i have no tetras and my shaker is rubbish. so thought if i make a moose freeze it then take it out just before we go and it should be defrost before i need it hopefully it won't be to watery.

Why don't you take your shaker and a bottle of water and make up a shake while you're out? Or take some hot water in a thermos and add soup powder to it? Or even just take a few bits of chicken and have a shake when you get home? Freezing them means they lose their nutritional content and that sounds a bit messy!!

Sorry just realised you said you had some chicken to take with you! I would be tempted to just have a shake when I got home rather than mess about with gloopy frozen moose!
