Water flavouring

I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer searching in the old posts.

Is there any guidance on how much water flavouring we can use per day? If nothing official, does anyone find that it affects their loss if they have more than a certain amount per day?

I was never bothered about the flavouring until recently but now I've developed a taste for it :)

One litre a day I think

I am naughty though and sometimes dip my finger in the water flavouring and eat it like sherbet
Guru that sounds intriguing, I never thought of that :)

I was a bit worried for a minute as I have two glasses per day, but they're only 1/2 a litre each so that's ok. Cheers!
