CWP recommend waiting 2 weeks, as it can effect some people's ketosis (it contains citric acid). lots of people have no probs though. Me, i find it upsets my keto (or at least, makes me hungry) and i'm well past two weeks.
i think you're sposed to dilute 1 teaspoon in a litre of water, and have no more than one teaspoon a day, and not on days you have boullion or mix a mousse. again, lots of people have it more often with no probs.
i found it very sweet, so i diluted 1 tsp in 1.5 litres.
