water flavourings on e bay

Just wondering if anyone has tried these. According to the ad the flavourings - champagne, lemon and orange, do not have citric acid and have no cals. States will not knock you out of ketosis and is suitable for vlcd's.

I know cambridge and LL make their own drinks flavourings not sure what make these are.

Any ideas?

Sorry Vanda, I know nothing about them. I'm a bit of a scary cat, and I'm a stickler for the rules type of person. So just water for me.

They would be great for someone who couldn't stomach the plain water.

They have them on LighterLife, I did actually have a sneaky bit from the bottom of my LighterLife water flavourings when I started LT & my first few losses were pretty good. Tbh, though, they're not that exciting & I can live without them, they also make my tummy feel a bit odd...

personally wouldn't trust anything bought off ebay not to interfere with diet - even if LL have similar things, you can't trust what you buy on ebay...

and, for me, being on LT is about changing your palate so the lack of flavour choices is a good thing
