Water flavourings

Im not on CD but thought Id be best asking this here as Exante dont do flavourings.

Is there a limit to how much water flavouring you should use? I really struggle with water but since I found the powdered flavourings Im finding it absolutely no problem at all in getting it down.

Is it ok to have in ALL your water ???

they do say not to have more than 1 tsp a day as it does contain carbs and for some people who are carb sensitive it could effect losses . I use 1 teaspoon a day but find that it is strong enough to flavour 2 litres of water for me , then I only have another 1-2 litres ot get down .. i tend to have extra water in shakes , and try and drink a glass of plain water before my shakes so not hard to get down .
I did lipotrim before CD and really struggled to drink enough plain water
