Water intake any answers

Hey shivie thank u will try that would be nice 2 sit and sip something hot wen the kids go 2 bed..do u put a sweetener in the tea?

No I don't use sweetener in the tea but they're actually sweetish teas themselves I find. But you can pop some Hermasetas in there if you prefer a sweeter taste xx

When I did this last, I used to make peppermint tea and add a chocolate shake. It was nice, like a minty hot chocolate. My friend did a cold version and poured over ice cubes and said it was really nice. So will be trying those again.

Think as it's cold I will be browsing the tea isle for ideas.

I also get confused about how much water to drink. The first time I did this the pharmacist told me 3-4 litres and now my new one says at least 2.

I read on line that in average 3/4 litres and have been givin the advice on here to sip it thought out the day and the more u drink the more u loose does any one know the name of the mint tea plse?

I picked up a pack of peppermint tea from supermarket, think it was tetley's x

was funny, usually drink 4ltrs a day, drank 2ltrs yesterday and found i lost a few extra pounds :/
