Hi everyone. To those who know me - I'm back and to everyone else, "hi" :wave_cry:.
I restarted for the millionth time yesterday, so been 100% for 2 days now which is pretty damn good for me.
Anyway, with the amount of times I'd done CD you'd think I'd know the answer to this boring question, but ............... is it ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that I drink the 4 pints of water each day? You know, "the more you drink the more you shrink" - is this REALLY true?
I was doing 3 ltrs of water a day last time and it put me off the diet a bit to be honest, but the reason is ask is becasue I have a bit of a problem and I am having an operation within the next 6 weeks. I really shouldn't be drinking this amount of water in a day. So, am I wasting my time trying to lose weight for the op. by not drinking the water, or in all honesty, does it not make that much of a difference?
I know we need the water to replace the water naturally present in the food we eat, so just want to know if I'll still lose weight.
