i`m not a councillor but i think it`s what ever you feel comfortable with
and as the warm weather is here aswell you do need to drink qiute abit

some swear by loads of water but i`m comfortable with 3 to 4 litres a day

Well done, I'm really struggling with water! I hate having to run to the toilet ALL the time. I have slightly dodgey kidneys which makes me need the loo more than your average person as it is ... it'll be worth it though :)


Out of interest how much is too much water?

Hi Ive just started the diet today and finding Im drinking more water than advised is 4-5 litres ok or is it too much :confused:
P.s. Hey star I'm new too :wavey:

Theres another thread about this just below this one guys..Ive been having 4-5 ltrs per day on LL since Jan but it is possible to have too much.
